Return Policy

Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that haven't been used and are in the same original packaging that you received. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at Vavaveshop@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:

  • Return shipping costs: A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount upon receipt of the returned item.

  • Postage Fees: We do not cover postage fees for returns to our warehouse. The cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility.

  • Shipping Refunds: The original shipping cost and shipping insurance will not be refunded. Shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable as they cover the logistics and handling services already provided.

  • Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

  • Shipped orders: If it has been more than 24 hours since you placed your order, you must wait for it to be delivered to your address before initiating a return.

  • Incorrect addresses: If you have entered your address incorrectly and do not send an email for a change within 24 hours of initially placing the order, you are not eligible for a refund nor can you change your address after this period.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.

  • Sale Items: Please note that items purchased on sale are considered final sale, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for them.
